200 g of powdered sugar
100 ml of milk
2 eggs (not too small)
230 q flour
2 tsp baking powder
10 g of vanilla sugar
90-100 g of chocolate (I used 56%, it is very tasty with milk.)

First, cut the chocolate bar into small pieces with a knife.

Beat the oil at room temperature for 3-4 minutes at the highest speed of the mixer.

 
When creamy, add the eggs one by one and beat again. After adding the eggs for another 2 minutes, stir and turn off the mixer.

Add baking powder and vanilla to the flour and mix, then sift.

Add half of the flour to the solution, mix with a spoon, add milk and mix. Add the rest of the flour and chopped chocolate. It is a slightly thick dough, ie it does not flow out of the spoon.

Spread the batter in a greased muffin tin in each slot and bake at 170 degrees until golden brown. Do not open the oven for the first 20 minutes. Remember to check with a trash can for overcooking.
