Chamomile or flower-shaped Streisel bun. Streisel (as we know it is a hope made with butter, powdered sugar and flour. Bread, pies, etc. can be poured on whatever you want. I do not know exactly which people first used sweets).
It also gives a very nice buns look and taste to the loaf. I baked this bun in a cake pan with 22 cm edges, you can also bake it in a medium-sized glass fireproof oven dish.

200 ml of milk
2 eggs (separate the yolk of one for the top)
70 g of butter
4 xq powdered sugar
half a teaspoon of salt
5 g of vanilla with sugar
80-100 g of raisins to taste
450-500 q flour

3 xq powdered sugar
Straisel buns recipe Preparation:
First we prepare the opera. To do this, heat the milk, when it is warm, take 50 ml of milk, add 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of dry yeast and 2 teaspoons of flour and mix.
Close the lid and let it foam.
It takes about 10-15 minutes because it is summer, but if it is winter, it will be a little longer. If you want it to be quick, pour a little warm water from a bowl into the hot, not hot! and put the bowl in which you prepared the powder.
Add foamed yeast, melted butter, warm milk and other foods. Finally, add flour in portions and knead the dough. We add raisins to the dough before adding the last remaining flour. Gently knead the non-stick dough. We close the lid of the dough bowl (I always make a stretch film), wrap it in a blanket or tablecloth and leave it to ferment.
As it is summer, it is fertilized for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Divide the fermented dough into 8 loaves, roll them out and put them in a baking dish that we have previously greased with a little oil. If you prepare a round bowl, put 7 pieces on the edges like me and 1 piece in the middle.
After rolling out the dough, cover the bowl and leave to ferment in the same bowl for 45 minutes. At first, the space between the doughs remains empty, and when it is fermented in the baking dish, these gaps are filled and take the form of flowers.
Peel an egg yolk and add it to all the loaves.
Cook at 175-180 degrees until golden brown. As it is thick, it is recommended to cook slowly so that no dough remains.
Straisel bun :
Sift the flour, add the softened butter and powdered sugar and hope.
I have a little more left, you can pour it on the bread once, and if you have it, pour it into a small jar with a tightly closed lid and keep in the refrigerator.
