3 eggs

Lemon cake Preparation:
Melt butter, bring to a boil, cool. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer for 2 minutes. Pour the warmed butter over the egg whites and sugar, which we continue to whisk slowly from one side. Stir for another minute, finally add the yogurt and beat for 6-7 seconds and set the mixer aside.
Sift the flour and baking powder and pour into the mixture (do not empty once, divide the flour into two parts, pour half and mix with the solution, then pour the other half)
Add the poppy and lemon zest, mix and pour into a greased floured cake pan. Do not pour into a very large form, it will be both thin and there will be a difference in cooking time. (I also baked a brick cake pan)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Remember to check if it is cooked with trash.
Pour powdered sugar into lemon juice and mix with a spoon.
Pour a spoonful over the cooled cake to thicken as it remains on each side.
