Put half a tablespoon of jam in it and carefully fold it like a box. Roll with your hands, the folded area should remain at the bottom.

Arrange the prepared loaves on a baking sheet greased with a little oil or greaseproof paper.
Minimum 30 minutes maximum 45 minutes. wait for the oven list to swell again. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees, add a tablespoon of milk or water to an egg yolk and mix. Use the brush to draw on the loaves.


Sprinkle a little poppy seeds and send to the oven. Cook until golden brown.
