Quick and Easy Homemade Cinnamon Rolls Recipe / Soft and fluffy Cinnamon rolls
Cinnamon bread is a type of bread suitable for autumn. When baked, it is surrounded by a pleasant cinnamon aroma.

200 ml of warm milk
30 g of butter
1 egg
3 teaspoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon of incomplete salt
300-350 q flour

Add powdered sugar and dry yeast to warm milk and mix.
Leave on for 5 minutes, add the melted butter and make sure the butter does not boil.
Add eggs and salt at room temperature and mix. Finally, sift the flour into pieces and knead the dough. The dough should be soft but not sticky.
Cover and leave to ferment for 1 to 1.5 hours in a warm place.
Roll out the dough as little as you can on a wooden board with very little flour, increasing the volume, to a thickness of about 7-8 mm.
Sprinkle the softened butter close to the top of the dough, and add the powdered sugar and cinnamon to the butter mixture.
Carefully bend and cut like a roulette. My bowl is a rectangular bowl of size 16x16 and I divided the roulette into 9 parts.
Place in a greaseproof paper dish and wait 30 minutes for the dish to swell. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
