Vanilla ice cream

Ice cream consisting of 3 foods.Vanilla ice cream recipe is very easy to make at home. I first prepared this recipe last summer. 480 grams cream
250 grams of condensed milk
5 grams of vanilla sugar

Dark or milk chocolate to taste

Remove the cream from the refrigerator for 20 minutes before using . put in the freezer. Then pour into a bowl, add the vanilla and beat the cream in one direction for the first 30 seconds on medium speed of the mixer. Then speed up and play in the same direction again. At the end of 3-4 minutes you will see that it thickens. Depending on the speed of the mixer.

When the thickened cream becomes a kind of meringue, then add condensed milk and beat for 30 seconds. Do not play too much, you saw that the mixer turned off the mixer.
Empty the ice cream into a tightly closed container and place in the oven for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, take it out of the freezer and mix it with a fork, mainly mixing the edges inwards from the wall of the bowl.

Repeat this process 3-4 times every 1 hour. We do this process so that the ice cream does not contain ice crystals.

 
If you want to eat that day, stay in the freezer for at least 5-6 hours to freeze completely.
No problem if you want to eat in the morning, it will freeze completely because it will stay in the freezer all night.

I couldn't put my mixer bowl in the freezer for him. However, if you want, you can put the mixing bowl and mixer heads in the freezer with the cream to get the full guarantee.
Remember that the cream must be cold so that it hardens well.
